Who We Are

The team at IRP includes veterans from each of the Aid Channels including FEMA, Red Cross, and NATO. Additionally, IRP’s medical advisory team has significant experience in emergency medicine, humanitarian aid, and austere medicine.

The IRP team is lead by Sam Zaidspiner, who launched the Irrisept wound irrigation product with founder Dr. Paul Rucinski in 2010 and served for 10 years as an executive building the foundation of  the company in manufacturing, development, supply chain, regulatory, quality, US sales, distribution, and international sales.  Propelled by the purpose of reducing infection, Irrisept has exceeded 1.5 million units globally. Sam is now focused on bringing Irrisept to the Aid market with the goal of significantly reducing infection in disaster management situations, refugee relief, and health systems in developing countries.
